Brake repair Where to start
This is the time to bring your car into a brake shop. Do not put off getting those brakes checked! If the pads wear down too far, the brake shoes will begin to scratch the rotors. Instead of only replacing the pads, a very reasonable and inexpensive fix, the cost of getting your brakes in good condition again will go up because now new rotors are needed. There are other reasons to get your brakes checked. It is very dangerous if brake lines on a car stop working.
